Organic Path currently provides delivery services within India only.

Orders are processed and dispatched through our logistics partners, including Shiprocket and the applicable courier service.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days, subject to product availability, payment confirmation, order verification and operational requirements.

The normal estimated delivery period is 7–8 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery may take longer during festivals, promotional periods, adverse weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, courier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Remote and rural locations may require additional delivery time.

Delivery timelines are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of a specific delivery date.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible Organic Path orders within India.

A flat COD fee of ₹80 will be charged on every COD order, regardless of the order value.

The ₹80 COD charge will apply even when the order value is ₹399 or above.

No order-value threshold will remove the COD fee.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location, courier availability, product, order value and other operational conditions.

Organic Path may contact the customer to verify a COD order before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, mobile number and complete delivery address.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including name, mobile number, address, locality, city, state and PIN code.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or another reason attributable to the customer, Organic Path may recover applicable additional delivery or re-delivery costs where permitted.

Organic Path will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
